Conflict Case Representation

The Office of Assigned counsel has a contract with private attorneys to represent clients that are a conflict for the Public Defender's Office.

If the Public Defender's Office is unable to represent a client due to a conflict of interest, our office will appoint a conflict attorney to represent the client for that case.
