2025-2026 PROPOSED LOCAL COURT RULES

Skagit County Superior Court is now accepting proposals for new local court rules.

To submit a proposed rule, please provide a cover sheet and a written proposal of the rule you are suggesting the court adopt. Changes to current rules should be indicated by striking through (crossing out) existing language and underlining new language in the proposal. Proposals will be accepted until 4:30pm on Thursday, May 1, 2025.

The court will post its proposed local court rules for public comment on May 15, 2025.
