Countywide Planning Policies Cleanup

The Skagit County Countywide Planning Policies are used solely for establishing a countywide framework from which county and city comprehensive plans are developed and adopted. The proposed changes were limited in scope to cleaning up references, comparing with the current Growth Management Act (GMA), RCW 36.70A. No new policy direction or substantial changes to policies were considered.
