Predators of the Heart has applied for a Special Use Permit application to permit an Animal Preserve Wildlife Education, Conservation, and Sanctuary Center on the subject property. The subject property lies within the Rural Reserve zoning/comprehensive plan designated area as indicated in the Skagit County Comprehensive Plan and associated maps.
