Revisions to SCC Chapter 14.44 Enforcement/Penalties The Board of County Commissioners is continuing to accept written public comment on proposed revisions to Skagit County Code Chapter 14.44, Enforcement/Penalties, which describes procedures and policies for enforcement of the land use and building codes. Written comments are due by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, September 24, 2014. A public hearing was held April 7, 2014. The full proposal and staff report is available at www.skagitcounty.net/planning (click on “Revisions to SCC Chapter 14.44 Enforcement/Penalties”). You may submit written comments via email to pdscomments@co.skagit.wa.us or via US mail to 1800 Continental Place, Mount Vernon WA 98273. All paper comments must be submitted in black and white on 8½" x 11" paper to the address below. All comments must be received by the deadline and include (1) your full name, (2) your mailing address, and (3) the name of the proposal or project you are commenting on. Comments not meeting these requirements will not be considered.
