Planning and Development Services

The Building Division of the Skagit County Planning and Development Services consists of our Building Official, Plans Examiners, Inspectors, and Development Review Technicians. Our responsibilities include the development, enforcement and administration of building construction codes and ordinances. These codes are designed to ensure building safety for unincorporated Skagit County, Lyman and LaConner.
