Permit Procedures Update

The Board of County Commissioners wishes to consider changes to the permit application process that may remove the Board from its role in the permit process, including its appellate role, and has directed the Department to perform a complete rewrite of the Permit Procedures chapter to simplify and clarify its many provisions.
