Skagit County’s Planning & Development Services typically receive fewer building permit applications during the winter months, which makes it the perfect time to come in and get your permit. Our friendly staff is available to answer questions Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 3:30 PM.

Building permit application submittal requires an appointment with a Permit Technician. Please call 360-416-1320 to schedule an appointment.
