PREVIOUS CONVICTION 7/20/07 ASSAULT OF CHILD 3RD-CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE AND SUBSTANTIAL PAIN AND COMMUNICATION WITH MINOR FOR IMMORAL PURPOSES-2CTS 7/20/07-SKAGIT COUNTY. VICTIM WAS 11 YR OLD DAUGHTER OF HIS GIRLFRIEND OVER A 5 MONTH PERIOD. HE WAS 36 AT THE TIME.
