LEVEL II SEX OFFENDER NOTIFICATION

The Skagit County Sheriff is releasing the following information pursuant to RCW 4.24.550 and the Washington State Supreme Court decision in State v. Ward, which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex or kidnap offenders presence when; in the discretion of the agency, the release of information will enhance public safety and protection. The subject listed below is NOT WANTED by the police at this time. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass registered sex or kidnap offenders will not be tolerated.
