LEVEL III SEX OFFENDER NOTIFICATION

The Skagit County Sheriff is releasing the following information pursuant to RCW 4.24.550 and the Washington State Supreme Court decision in State v. Ward, which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex or kidnap offenders presence when; in the discretion of the agency, the release of information will enhance public safety and protection. INDECENT LIBERTIES 7/12/84-Victim was female who was known to him and under the age of 14; CHILD MOLESTATION 3RD-1998 SKAMANIA- Victim was 8 year old female who was known to him. Physical force was used.
