The results of the amendments are described on the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance O20200005.
An Ordinance Adopting the 2019 Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Map, and Development Regulations was adopted on 12/21/2020. Copies of the ordinance are available at online or from Skagit County Planning & Development Services, 1800 Continental Place, Mount Vernon WA 98273.

Petitions for the 2019 Docket
The Growth Management Act provides that “each comprehensive land use plan and development regulations shall be subject to continuing review and evaluation” and requires Skagit County to annually accept petitions for amendments or revisions to our Comprehensive Plan. Skagit County implements this requirement through Skagit County Code Chapter 14.08, which describes the process for such annual amendments.
