Starting February 7th, 2022, customers will now be able to send larger files through our GovService portal with confidence that their application has been received. Applications sent to PDS email will be accepted until end of day February 14th, 2022. After that date, customers will be directed to the online portal. We will review the applications in the order they come in. Please make sure you have a complete application or appeal, otherwise it will not be processed. You will be contacted by our department for payment if the application is deemed complete or you will be given a list of additional items required for completeness. At this time, we can only process payments by credit card over the phone (new online service coming soon!). An application will not be deemed complete without receipt of payment. Staff review will not occur until payment is paid.
Development Permit Issuance:
Once your application has been approved, the contact(s) listed on the permit will receive an email for payment. A permit packet will be emailed once payment is received. Please make sure to print all necessary documents at the correct sizes for your job site.
